Sales & Marketing Manager – Local ( UAE ) - Number of Position – 1
Sales & Marketing Manager – Export – Number of Position – 1
Job Role / Responsibility –
- Preparing and developing technical presentations to explain our company’s products or services to customers.
- Discussing equipment needs and system requirements with customers and engineers.
- Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales .
- Researching, developing and modifying products to meet customers’ technical requirements and needs. Preparing Techno- Commercial offer / quotation.
- Soliciting and logging client feedback and evaluating the data to create new sales and marketing strategies to target customers.
- Identifying areas for improvement and communicating these issues as well as possible solutions to Top management.
- Setting and achieving sales goals and targets monthly/ quarterly and yearly.
- Develop sales team on the technical aspects of the company’s products and services.
Skills Required –
- Minimum 5 to 10 years of sales & marketing experience ( in Fiberglass Industry ) in India and Overseas
- Well connection with Consultants, Contractors and Developers and EPC Contractors
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
- Proven Sales track record in the local and overseas market for the fiberglass products like Grating , Pultrusion profiles, Hand lay up products etc.
- Fluency in English & Hindi.
Job Type: Full-time / Commission Basis
Job Location : Flexible at Various location in UAE and Overseas
Salary / Package –
- AED 7K TO 10K PER MONTH** + 5 % TO 10 % COMMISSION + OTHER BENEFITS AS PER COMPANY STANDARD
